Hello! My name is Abby and I"m an Independent Personal Trainer, Online Personal Trainer and Youth Fitness Coach. I'm 48 and have 13 years of experience. I work with masters age women 35 and older and beginners. BLACKTOP FIT is my home gym.  It offers a private place for you to focus 100% on your fitness goals and is fully equipped with all the equipment you need to GET FIT, BE FIT and STAY FIT FOR LIFE.
