I believe nutrition is individualized; what works for one person, may or may not work for another. I've had success with all of the above and can help you navigate through your nutrition goals. Balance and consistency are keys to success with both fitness, nutrition and developing new habits. I like to eat. Food is fuel. Our bodies need it. The healthier the food choice the better.
