Our youth program is based off The Brand X Method, a strength & conditioning program specifically designed for kids and teens.
Our program is ADAPTABLE to ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS: BEGINNERS to ADVANCED. We can modify or scale any workout to meet the needs of the individual.
