SIGN UPS & CANCELLATIONS

*Minimum of 3 people needed to hold a Bootcamp, ZOOM FIT or Beginner Strength Training for Women Program. 

*Classes cannot be carried over to the next session, refunded for late cancellations, missed classes or no shows. 

*The Beginner Strength Training for Women Program is set up and runs a bit differently.


*Additional days/times can be added to any program with enough interest.

45-60 Minute Classes


This is a small group, outdoor, functional fitness, general everyday fitness bootcamp with a trainer.  It's perfect for beginners, women, new moms, if you are just starting out, looking for something new and different to add to your current routine or want to be challenged.  Receive personal coaching in a group setting.    


Warm up, work on skills, build strength & then workout as a group.  Workouts range in time, reps, and intensities, HIIT, endurance, etc.  Include a combination of body weight movements and weights using dumbbells, 

  

*Location Kirkwood, Glendale, Des Peres, Webster Groves, surrounding areas.  All classes held at one park for the session.  . 


*Due to safety and sharing equipment, please bring your own set of dumbbells, a jump rope & yoga mat.  Other equipment will be provided if it is needed for a workout.  We will social distance and wipes/hand sanitizer will be provided.


*Session prices vary based on number of days and weeks in a session.  Regular pricing per class $15.

This is an online beginning strength training program for women that will be coach supported.


Includes 3 strength workouts per week that build on each other each week and more.


*You can do 1 cycle, but 2 cycles is recommended.  You only have to sign up and pay for 1 cycle at a time.

  • This is for individuals who would like more personal training to coincide with the monthly membership home workouts.
  • Includes everything that is in a monthly membership, plus more 1:1 Coach-To-Athlete training, support via email, text, video chats, ZOOM, Marco Polo at your comfort level.  


1:1 ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

  • If you are interested in a more customized training program, please fill out the this form, let us know what you are looking for, how many days per week and at what times you want to train.
  • Flexible pricing and packages.  
  • If you're in the St. Louis area we can meet in person. Kirkwood, Glendale, Des Peres, Webster Groves and surrounding areas.  Additional facility fees may apply for specific locations.

ONLINE BEGINNER INTRO CLASSES

Getting started can be the hardest part.  Take the first step to a new and better you!  


Includes:

  • 6 Classes $150 ($25/class).  
  • Sign by May 31st for $125 ($20.83/class).  CODE: FIT
  • Sign up with a friend and each person pay only $100 ($16.66/class).  CODE: FITFRIENDS
  • Sign up for a monthly membership afterwards, pay only $15/month. 
  • "Meet & Greet" via ZOOM to ask questions, talk things through before signing up and starting the classes.  You do not need a ZOOM account.
  • Includes a final ZOOM to talk about anything, answer additional questions and help getting set up with a monthly membership if you decide to continue.


  • These classes are for beginners and cover the basics needed to be successful in workouts and at home.  
  • Learn basic foundational movements, accessory movements, technique, how to modify and scale movements that work for you. 
  • Spend time practicing movements in skills/strength work and in workouts.
  • Classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour.


  • These classes are not required, but recommended if you are a beginner and are a good introduction to the monthly membership program.  
  • Complete the classes is 2 weeks, which would be 3 classes/week or spread out at your convenience.  
  • If classes are held in person at a physical location additional fees may apply.  

TRAVELING TRAINER. Create Your Own Fitness Group for SUMMER!

  • Adults, Teens, Kids gather your group! 
  • Need 3 or more people.  
  • Tell us what you have in mind?  Is there a theme?  How many people?  What days/times? How many workouts do you want? 
  • We can create any type of program that can be done in a variety of formats and locations.
