I'M A BEGINNER. CAN I DO THIS?

  • YES!  We are geared towards the beginner, if you have never worked out, are new to working out, stuck in a rut, want to lose weight, build strength, looking for something different, ready to change your life, up your game, bored with your current routine, everything in between.   

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AND WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

  • 30-60 minutes, depends what you do for the day.
  • Your body, a pair of Dumbbells 2-15lbs (Kettlebells 5-15lbs, recommended, but not required), Jump Rope (Recommended, but not required).  
  • See Blog Post titled, "Equipment for Home Gym".  
  • If workouts show other equipment, modifications/scaling options listed. 

TELL ME ABOUT THE WORKOUTS.

  • Workouts range in structure, time to complete, number of reps, weights, movements, intensities.


  • Workouts are a combo of Weights (DB, KB, Barbells), Gymnastics (Bodyweight Movements),  Metabolic Conditioning (Walking, Jogging, Running, Rowing, Biking, Jump Rope), Cardio/Endurance, Resistance Training with bands.  Sometimes only one thing is programmed.


  • You will establish baseline fitness, test benchmarks, build on your baseline, see measurable progress, get real results.  


  • You will discover and expose strengths and weaknesses you didn't know you had, get to work on things you might not do on your own, which ultimately makes you better at fitness and at life at the end of the day.


  • With a membership, everyone receives the same weekly workouts.  Scaling/Modifications available. 


  • Workouts posted weekly to Membership pages and in WODify.  


  • Everyday General Physical Fitness.  
  • Functional Fitness
  • Bodyweight Workouts
  • Strength Training/Beginner Strength Training
  • HIIT Workouts

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO SOMETHING?

  • We will teach you.     

CAN I GET EXTRA COACHING HLEP?

  • Yes.  Just ask.  Anytime.
  • If you feel you need more 1:1 coaching, we can switch programs or talk about a different option.

IS THIS A COMPETITIVE PROGRAM?

  • NOT AT ALL.  But, you can make it as competitive as you want it to be.  
  • We are a general everyday physical fitness program that will get you in shape and keep you in shape.  
  • We are geared towards beginner's fitness for women.
  • We enjoy the process and all that comes along with it. 

WILL I BE SORE?

  • Sometimes yes, sometimes no. 

WILL I EVER GET BORED?

  • Sure, it's possible, but I doubt it.  If you do, let us know, there's always a way to make something more exciting, more/less challenging,  etc.  

I'M NOT MOTIVATED ON MY OWN.

  • It can be hard to workout on your own if you're not used to it.  It's a new habit that can take time to develop.  You're not alone, though, even though you might be working out on your own. ;)  

WILL I EVER FAIL, FEEL FRUSTRATED AND HAVE A BAD DAY?

  • Yes. Probably more than you would like.  Fitness isn't a straight line or a straight shot.  It looks like a big messy ball of string sometimes.  Don’t stop when this happens, push through. The bad days can actually be the best days.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

  • Remember your WHY.  It takes time, patience, hard work, perseverance, commitment and consistency to see results.
  • You will not see results overnight, the next week, maybe not even the first month or two, but you will notice a difference in yourself, the way you feel, the way you move from the beginning.   
  • You have to want it.
