GENERAL INFO

  • NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!  ALL abilities and fitness levels, beginners to advanced.  
  • Kids & Teens classes are held separately from adult classes to provide a safe, focused and effective, kid/teen workout environment.  
  • Class sizes are kept small and limited to maintain safe and effective coaching, to maintain a safe Coach-to-Athlete ratio.  
  • ALL movements can be scaled up/down, or modified, to meet each child at their current fitness level and progress safely.
  • All kid & teen classes are designed and programmed with a child's physical, psychosocial and cognitive development in mind. 
  • A hierarchy of tiered movement progressions is introduced, used, and repeated OVER AND OVER, developing muscle memory, safe movement, technique, teaching kids to MOVE WELL FIRST.   A preschooler and a teenager, even an adult, need to learn the same basic skills set, maybe even be retrained to correct poor movement patterns already in place.  
  • Every child/teen is different, moves and learns at different rates.  Coaches are trained to know when to progress, correct movement and introduce new skills/movements safely and effectively.    
  • A coach will determine movement progresssions/weights used by the athletes, based on many factors. Just because a weight may feel light for an athlete, or the athlete has done a specific weight before, doesn't mean it's the right weight for that athlete in that particular movement, or particular task, skill or workout for the day.  
  • Coaches are experienced, have a trained eye and will individualize instruction based on each individual child and fitness level during class.

SIGN UP & CANCELLATION POLICIES

SIGN UP/CANCELLATIONS

  • Please SIGN UP and/or CANCEL at least 2 hours before class for both FREE Trial Classes and weekly classes.  This helps the coach prepare for class and make adjustments if needed.    
  • Classes must have 3 kids/teens signed up per class in order to be held.   Unfortunately, classes cannot be held for one.  
  • Unfortunately, classes will be CANCELLED 1 hour prior to class if no sign ups AND less than 2 per per class signed up.  If your child is signed up for a class that needs to be canceled you will be notified.  
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early if it's your first class so we have enough time to meet each other, answer any questions and sign the waiver, if not previously done.  
  • If you would like to sign up or have to cancel with 1 hour of class, NO WORRIES, just try to let us know as soon as possible.   Texting (314) 698-6629 is the best way for fastest communication.
