  • I provide you with a quality training program and instruction that progresses you safely, helps you create new lasting habits around fitness that will continually improve your overall fitness, health, wellness and quality of life.  
  • YOU WILL GET STRONGER AND FITTER.  You will see changes, lose weight, change your body composition and achieve results. 

Learn correct form of movements.

  • I will teach you correct form, mechanics of movements, help you modify and scale your workouts so you get the most out of them.  If you are doing online training, adjustments are made based on your feedback of previous week, check ins and how you are feeling.  If you are in-person we talk about these things before we begin.  

I will work with you at your current fitness and beyond.

  • We will work at your current fitness level, your NEXT fitness levels, build on your strengths, tackle your weaknesses, and I will push you when and where you need to be pushed. 

I do what's best and safest for you in overall movement, technique & injury prevention.

I make sure you take the time to develop skills/technique and build strength safely.
