HOW TO REGISTER

STEP 1 - Choose your program.

STEP 2 - Register and purchase your program.

Option 1

  • Register through the website by clicking any "Start Now" button.  It will take you through the registration process, and all the forms that need to be filled out.  

Option 2

  • Register by phone or email.  Text (314) 698-6629 or email info@blacktopfit.net first and we will call you back within 24 hours.    


  • Monthly Membership programs are automatically prorated at checkout.  
  • Other programs and classes are per purchase. 
  • Choose your start date at checkout

STEP 3 - Create a WODIFY account.

  • All members must have an active account.  This allows you to view the daily workouts, class calendar, sign up for class, track your performance, and more.
  • After you register, download the WODIFY app or go to www.wodify.com to create an account if you don't want to use the app.
  • If you register by phone or email, you will receive an additional email with instructions to fill out forms and create an account.

Step 4 - CREATE A BLACKTOP FIT WEBSITE ACCOUNT

  • This step is optional, but will allow access to more information.    
  • To create an account for this webpage, click "Create Account" button below.  
  •  You will receive a login password once your account is approved on our end.  
  • You can then login anywhere on this site by clicking "Members" in the header, "Members" in the footer.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. Checkout through any "START NOW!" button or text us first (314) 698-6629 and we will call you back to register by phone.
  2. To register and pay by PayPal: Fill out this Registration Form and send payments to payments@paypal.com.
  3. To pay by Cash/Check, email info@blacktopfit.net.  
  4. Checks payable to: BlackTop Fit.  $50 returned check fee.   

SIGN UP/CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Sign up and cancel class through the WODIFY class calendar.  
  • Classes will be canceled 1 HOUR prior to start time with no sign ups and youth classes will be canceled with low enrollment or less than 3 enrolled.     
  • You will receive an email notification of cancellations.  
  • We understand last minute, so if you have to cancel, no worries, just let us know as soon as possible!  Texting is the fastest way to reach us (314) 698-6629.     
  • Classes can be reinstated last minute if enough interest and coach availability.

PRICING

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? 

  • We do not offer refunds.  


WHAT IF I SIGN UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH? 

  • Monthly Memberships will be automatically prorated at checkout. 


WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?

  • The first of every month, but can be changed upon request.  


DO I HAVE TO START WHEN I SIGN UP? 

  • No.  You choose your start date at checkout.   


WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL AN AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIPS?

  • Let us know before the 1st of the month.  
  • You can pause a membership for 3 months or cancel.  
  • If the 1st falls on a weekend, please try to let us know sooner than later.  
  • If you decide to rejoin later, we can reactive your account.


WHAT IF I SIGN UP FOR THE BEGINNER CLASSES AND CAN'T FINISH?

  • You can finish in 2 weeks or take your time.   


WHAT IF I WANT TO JOIN, BUT CAN'T AFFORD TO RIGHT NOW? 

  • We can work with you to come up with a plan.

WODIFY

WHAT IS WODIFY? 

  • Our class membership system.  This is where you register for class, view the workouts, track your results.


DO I HAVE TO HAVE A WODIFY ACCOUNT?  

  • Yes.  If you participate in any of our programs you must have an active membership, consent form and waiver on file to participate.  
  • BlackTop Fit, LLC is not responsible for anyone participating in our programs that does not have an active membership, consent form and waiver on file.
