M is an online client. She is a mother of two young children and had not worked out in 13 years when she started back. She started with 2 workouts each week, lifting 2-3# dumbbells, now bench presses 110lbs for 1 rep, took minutes off her mile walk time, seconds off other repeat workouts and works her butt off every.single.time! S runs a 10 mile race every year. She had her best time this year, shaving 3 minutes off the previous year. She loves the fact she's getting faster and stronger as she gets older. She wants to train now to do an Olympic Lifting meet with her son.
