*All youth classes at physical locations are still on hold. We offer online home gym, home school physical fitness programs, movement workout programs for all age groups. ZOOM classes and Outdoor Socially Distanced youth workouts can be arranged if there is enough interest. The programs will keep your child physically active, motivated, healthy.
Great for after school activity, solo sports, supplement to sports, additional strength training for sport.
These programs can also be used for additional P.E. at Home, Home School Physical Fitness Programs, just for fun, fitness and games.
Workouts are simple, effective, fun, safe, and designed to be developmentally and cognitively appropriate for kids and teens!
Minimum for all classes= 3 kids per class
Maximum Teen Class: 8
Maximum PreK/Kid Class: 6
